Our Mission: The mission of the Men’s Ministry is to make, mature, and mobilize men who are fully devoted followers of Christ.

Our Vision: Our ministry is called to help men, lost in a culture of gender and role confusion, rise up to their God-given mandate to lead courageously, reject passivity, accept responsibility, and invest eternally.

Paul says it best in 1 Cor. 16:13, “Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong.”

Our ministry will, in cooperation with the other adult ministries of Christ Church, equip men to achieve the character qualities of an elder, understanding that not all men are called to this leadership role.

Our Methods:

• Events - We offer multiple events each year which are fun and meaningful for our members, regular attendees, and our newcomers as well. 
• Mentoring - We believe men have seasons of their lives that require extra support from more mature men.  We reject shame and embrace the call to help a brother during their challenging season of life. 
• Studies - We offer various types of studies throughout the year. We take on whole books of the Bible and we also study relevant topics for men. These studies are great for newcomers to get assimilated into the church.
• Team - Our ministry works with the other adult ministries at Christ Church to ensure our men have every opportunity to become mature in Christ (Col. 1:28).

Our Core Values:

• Word - Our men will build their personal lives and their families on the solid rock of God’s Word. Our men reject passivity and blame shifting, and accept all of their biblical responsibilities.
• Worship - Our men make private and corporate worship a high priority. Our men accept their God-given role to be the spiritual thermostat in the home. 
• Walk - Our men reject selfish isolation and live in a manly community where they can know others and be known deeply. 
• Work - Our men shoulder kingdom responsibilities at Christ Church eagerly and joyfully. Our men reject mediocrity and pursue excellence in their vocations. 
• Witness - Our men share the good news of the gospel with those in their relational networks. 
• Wealth - Our men are generous in sharing their God-given resources with the church and with those in need.
• Welcome - Our men make hospitality a high priority in the home and the church.
